The Elmer Times is weekly newspaper serving the residents and businesses of the Borough of Elmer, Pittsgrove Township, and Upper Pittsgrove Township. Published every Thursday, it is the legal newspaper for Elmer Borough and Upper Pittsgrove Townships.  Available by subscription and at local stores, the Elmer Times has been published by the Foster family for four generations.  Local history books also for sale, with over 200 titles to choose from.
